Reorganisation and restructuring

Structures that are sustainable again

I accompany companies through phases of reorganisation - strategically, legally and operationally. The goal is a structure that fits reality - not theory.

The challenges

The following are typical initial situations with which clients approach me. Some are acute, others develop gradually - in any case, they require a precise, fast and resilient approach.

  • Outdated business model

The company no longer functions under the current market conditions.

  • Structural ambiguity

Individual areas are profitable, but the overall picture remains inefficient.

  • Acute crisis situation

Insolvency is on the cards - the best solution?

  • Internal standstill

Change is necessary, but no decisions are made.

  • External pressure

Demands from investors, lenders or supervisory bodies put pressure on the company.

How I help

I analyse, structure and implement - with the aim of creating practicable solutions that work.

  • Analysis that is honest

Together with the existing consultants and the management, I analyse the status quo with a focus on the essentials. Where does the company really stand - economically, legally, structurally? Only on this basis can a viable decision be made.

  • Realignment with substance

I develop restructuring plans that are not only convincing in theory, but also work in practice. This also includes utilising legal leeway - for example within the framework of the Insolvency Code.

  • Support through to implementation

I don't stop at providing advice. My aim is to implement the new structure - together with the client and their team. I take care of contracts, communication and legally compliant implementation. We leave the past behind us.
