My way of working

Comprehend. Solve. Perform.

Complex situations require clarity, experience and a defined process. My way of working is not based on rigid models, but on specific needs - well-founded, well thought-out and consistent in its implementation. Don't just get started - objectives and process definition enable speed and security all the way to the desired outcome.

How I work

Despite all the differences, experience shows that three central steps form the framework for structured and solution-orientated collaboration. They ensure clarity - even in complex situations.

  1. Comprehend.

The first step is to thoroughly analyse the situation - both legally and economically. It's not just about figures, contracts or structures, but about the overall picture:

    • What is the client's defined goal?
    • What are the real economic and legal challenges?
    • What interests and dynamics determine the situation?

I take the time to fully understand my clients' perspectives - without making hasty judgements, but with an eye for the essentials. This is the only way to create solutions that are realistic, viable and legally sound.

  2. Solve.

I do not develop solutions "out of the box". Every case is different - and requires customised concepts. I combine legal expertise with business management thinking. It's not just about what is legally possible, but what makes economic sense and is also legally and economically achievable.

A viable plan must set the right priorities: How can risks be limited? How can value be preserved or newly created? In this phase, concepts are created that don't just work on paper.

  3. Perform.

For me, advice does not end with a memo or contract. I actively support my clients through the implementation process - in discussions with investors, creditors, employees and authorities, among others.

As far as possible, I am prepared to take responsibility for: the implementation, the result and for ensuring that the decisions made also work in everyday life. This is particularly crucial in crisis situations. Because those who have advised know the idea behind the solution - and must be prepared to ensure that it is implemented consistently.

No success without implementation

Implementation is at the centre of my work. Concepts and plans are only worth something if they work - both legally and economically. My clients know that: I don't stop at analyses, but consistently lead projects to their goal.
